Amsterdam celebrates its 750th anniversary. What Art Can Do already exists five years and is also  celebrating. And for the fifth time, with a beautiful and rich presentation of around fifty artists from the neighborhood and of various friends and acquaintances. A wonderful event that will be the start of a new year. A year with many new and surprising exhibitions.

250 years ago, William V, Prince of Oranje-Nassau, had a gallery attached to the Buitenhof to fill it from floor to ceiling with paintings from his collection. Excess, made accessible to everyone who enjoys it.

What Art Can Do is going to repeat this history with a vibrant and various show with photos, collages, work on paper, paintings and sculpture.
